What is FMO?
The Federation of Manufactured Home Owners of Florida, Inc., (FMO) is a statewide, consumer advocacy association dedicated to protecting the rights and interests and enriching the lifestyles of manufactured home owners. Formed in 1962, the FMO has a membership of approximately 200,000 manufactured home owners. FMO represents residents in lobbying and legislative action that directly pertains to our homeowner’s rights. Other benefits include the FMO magazine and recommended insurance programs for auto and home. Another added benefit for an additional $35.00 is the Cross Country Motor Club. At present, annual dues are $25.00 per year. A three year Membership is available for $65.00 (a savings of $10.00). Meetings at the local level are held as required. All residents are strongly encouraged to join and support the FMO.
